Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you pay your deposit, and cancel your appointment, you WILL need to book another appointment. Your deposit is good for one re-schedule.
Late Fee Policy: $30.00 late fee starts at 5 minutes. At 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. You need to be physically in the building, for appointment not to be cancelled. No exceptions will be made.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid the cancellation fee, you must cancel within 24 hours via email or text. Last minute/same day cancellations, will result in having to pay the remaining balance. IF balance is not paid, you will not have access to book future appointments, and will be cancelled as a client.
NO-SHOW: Please be mindful of my time and yours. No show appointments will result in to pay remaining balance. If remaining balance isn’t paid, you will be removed as a client, and no longer have access to book with A Touch of Brandy.
Form of Payment: NO CASHAPP accepted! Cash, Zelle, or Card Payment. Please note, there’s a 7% charge added for card payment.
Important things to remember
- Braid clients, please come in with your shampoo’d and blow dried. No oils/grease please. If shampoo service is needed, please select the add on option, if available for that style.
- Please make sure you choose your desired style, add ons, length, and etc at checkout. This cannot be changed the same day as your appointment.
- Be sure to confirm the date and time you select does work for your schedule prior to booking. PLEASE use a valid phone number and email when booking. Your reminders are sent via text and email.
- A PayPal account is not necessary to book and appointment.
